Joyce joined the team at Able Child as a Finance & Operations Manager in August 2023. She has several years’ experience working at international development organisations in various finance roles such as Finance Business Partner for The Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Group Finance Manager for Street Child and Financial Accountant for Water & Sanitation for the Urban Poor.
Joyce has managed both restricted and unrestricted grants ranging from DFID, EU and USAID grants to contracts including matched funding and DFID’s payment by results. Her duties included donor reports, management accounts, audits, year-end accoutning, and HR responsibilities including staff management.
When not in the finance world, Joyce’s hobbies include walking in the woods and traveling.
