Eight year old Rafferty is gearing up for an inspiring summer challenge alongside his dad, Gary, and grandad, David.
The trio will cycle an impressive 200 miles from London to Düsseldorf in just one week this July — a feat that’s certainly not for the faint-hearted.
This isn’t their first fundraising adventure. Back in 2023, they successfully cycled from London to Amsterdam, raising an incredible £1,800 for Able Child. Now, they’re back in the saddle and ready to go even further.
Rafferty shared his excitement, saying: “We’re really looking forward to cycling together again as a family. It’s a great feeling to be able to help children and young people with disabilities while doing something we all love.”
